Full disclosure: the installation of my furnace/air conditioning has not yet happened. But I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received. The service manager came out to look at my furnace and explained clearly what was wrong. He called the salesman to come out to discuss replacement options, and they spent a great deal of time with me explaining and discussing my options as well as the general questions of how to make my home more energy efficient and how to save money on energy bills in the long run. This took quite a while, but it was very helpful.read more

Trevor listened to what I wanted in system, answered all my questions satisfactorily, and recommended the appropriate HVAC system for my home. Installers Billy and Tyler were just great. Very respectful of my home while here and cleaned up well. Billy did a good job on going over all the HVAC and inspection info. I'll call Sherlock again.read more
